Visit www.firstenergycorp.com, click the "Our Electric Companies" drop-down at the top of the page, select the proper company, then go to "report lighting problem" under the Outages category.
When reporting an outage, have ready:
Your name and phone number, in case more information is needed. The address where the streetlight is located, meaning the nearest house or business address and the nearest cross street. The number on the utility pole. What is wrong with the streetlight.
